OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
