How It Works
Initiate Return
Email us at returns@wnaura.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Pack Your Items
Place items in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging). Include the packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid return label and drop off your package at any pickup point. We'll send tracking updates via email.
Receive Refund
Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In their original packaging (when possible)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear and intimate apparel
- Pierced jewelry
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges on all eligible items. Email us at returns@wnaura.com with your order number and the new size or colour you'd like. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return, or immediately if the item is in stock.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
