Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size and colour, and add items to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us at support@wnaura.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified — but you can return it for free.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your wishlist, and check out faster in the future.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to 17 countries including Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, most EU countries, the UK, US, and Canada. Check our shipping page for the full list.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location: • Kosovo: Same-day or next-day delivery available • Albania & North Macedonia: 2-3 business days • EU countries: 5-7 business days • UK: 5-7 business days • US & Canada: 7-10 business days
Is same-day delivery really free?
Yes! Same-day delivery in Kosovo is free on orders over €50. Order before 2:00 PM to qualify.
How can I track my order?
Visit our order tracking page and enter your order number and email address. You'll also receive tracking updates via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@wnaura.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Is return shipping free?
Yes, return shipping is completely free for all eligible items. We provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! Email us at returns@wnaura.com with your order number and the new size you'd like. If the item is in stock, we'll ship the replacement immediately.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Do you offer payment plans?
We're working on adding buy-now-pay-later options. Stay tuned for updates!
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
What if the item doesn't fit?
No worries! You can exchange it for a different size for free, or return it within 30 days for a full refund.

How do I create an account?
